Credential cloning
Three ways to send us your fob.
RFID credentials can't be photographed and cloned — the chip transmits a signal a phone camera can't see. So we need either the physical fob in our hands, or a digital dump from a tool that can read it.
1. Mail-in
Default for residents. We include a prepaid return envelope with every ring shipment. Drop your existing fob in, mail it back to us in Charlotte, NC. We program your ring within 24 hours of receipt and ship both back together.
Round-trip: 5–7 business days.
2. In-person, Charlotte NC
Bring your fob and your new ring to our studio. We clone, program, and verify on-site in about 5 minutes. No charge if you bought the ring from us.

3. Send us a digital dump
If you own a Flipper Zero, Proxmark3, or a 13.56 MHz USB reader, you can read your own credential and email us the file. We program from the dump — no physical exchange needed.

Tools that can read your credential at home
Phones can read NFC (13.56 MHz) but cannot read 125 kHz LF cards — the antennas are different.
